Your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted across networks. Payment information is always encrypted and processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers.
3. Products & Pricing
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

4. Orders & Billing Accuracy
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of Shopify’s fraud-prevention systems.
You agree to provide accurate and current billing and shipping information. Failure to do so may result in order cancellation.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of personal care products, all sales are final.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Approved resolutions are issued at our discretion.
7. Subscriptions & Recurring Orders
Some products may be offered as subscriptions with recurring billing.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the selected delivery frequency until the subscription is canceled.
Subscriptions may be managed, skipped, or canceled through your customer account or by contacting us before the next billing date. Changes made after a billing date may apply to the following cycle.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to outdated payment or shipping information.
8. Chargebacks & Fraud
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in being banned from future purchases.
Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed using Shopify transaction data, shipping confirmation, and delivery records.
9. Product Use & Disclaimer
Products are intended for external use only unless otherwise stated. Always review ingredient lists and perform a patch test prior to use.
We do not make medical claims. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary.
10. Intellectual Property
