Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time may increase during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.


Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

If a package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or replacements.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number so we can review and assist.
